Courses
Nu-Beyond courses are designed
not only to assist your organisation in the general understanding
of your relevant statutory obligations, under the new legislation,
but also to evaluate your current polices and practices.
To this end our aim is to improve your skills in fulfilling
your general and specific duties for your staff team and
service users; with regard to matters of equality and diversity.
Moreover, we fully recognise
that ‘equality’ does not mean providing a generic
service for homogenous groups, thereby treating them all
in the same fashion. It is about adapting the service to
meet the individual requirements of diverse groups of people
and that is where Nu-Beyond’s training courses are
unique. We design and deliver courses that deal with the
specificities of each case, therefore providing a service
that is to the overall benefit of each organisation and
its staff team.
Nu-Beyond also specialises
in educational interventionist work that raises the attainment
levels of all students, particularly BME (Black Minority
Ethic) students, who are widely regarded, academically,
as one of the lowest achieving groups.
